Dear McGurk Meyers,

I wanted to write a thank you commending the outstanding service I received during my recent experience with your dealership.  On April 30th, 2007, I became the proud owner of a new 2007 Chrysler Sebring Limited Sedan.  The service I received was amazing!  Working in the customer service industry myself, I tend to have slightly biased expectations when shopping, especially for a new car.

The sales and finance staff took the time to explain everything to me.  Coming from someone who knows nothing about cars, meant a lot.  The salesperson test drove the car with me and took the time to explain all the features and options it offered.  Not only that but how they would benefit me as a driver and a buyer.  I really appreciated that!

During the approval process, the time was taken to explain my finance options and what would be best for me, in detail.  All the options I had were laid out for me making my decision to lease and easy one!  Even looking back after a few months, I feel the information that was provided to me was sound and had my best interest in mind.

I have had my car for about 4 months now and couldn't be happier with it.  The service staff has been more than accommodating for my routine oil changes.  Every time I walk into the dealership, I am greeted like I was the most important customer of the day.  I commend the staff at your dealership and have since recommended many to shop with you in their future car buying endeavors!

I was very nervous going to buy my first car by myself, I heard that car dealerships only try to get as much money out of you in every single way. The first dealership that I went to I was there for 2 hours just trying to find out what price the car was and my trade-in value. When I wanted to leave they "lost" my keys and kept me there longer. Then I went to McGurk Meyers and when I first arrived I said I just wanted to see what they had, Alex my sales consultant said great and told me their lowest price to every vehicle is on the windshield. I went on a test drive down the street and when I came back they had the price to my trade-in done and all the figures I requested. Alex didn't pressure me to buy anything that day and told me to take it home and think about it and let him know if I had any questions. This was the most enjoyable way to buy a car between all the dealerships I went to and will refer my friends to your dealership every time!
